These terms of service are designed to make sure that every key stakeholder in a given project are clear of their responsibilities to each other.

TFF Responsibilities.

Videographer / Photographer.

TFF (Videographer / Photographer) is responsible for capturing all key video / photo material required for the professional execution of the project. This includes all required pre-production, client liaising, travel, setting up equipment, recording footage / photographing & supplying the files within the specified timeframe.

Editing services are not included unless clearly specified.

EDITing.

Editing will be completed to a high standard within the predetermined & agreed scope of work.
All edit quotes include two rounds of revisions and these will be carried out as quickly as reasonably possible. Additional edit revisions, or editing that strays from the original scope of work will be charged at $150AUD per hour unless a fixed price for additional works has been agreed.

Final product delivery will be via Google drive, dropbox or comparable online file delivery system.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES.

The client is responsible for maintaining clear communication regarding the outcome and expectations of the project. The client is also responsible for answering all pertinent questions asked by TFF to the best of their ability and in a timely manner.

The client will be responsible for securing all filming locations, permissions, subjects / talents unless agreed otherwise.

The client will be responsible for any and all additional costs incurred during this project, including (but not limited to) parking, tolls, accomodation, flights music licensing, etc.

PAYMENT.

The client accepts to pay a booking fee of 50% of the total project quote + any out of pocket expenses incurred by TFF at the time of booking to secure the production dates. The remaining 50% shall be due upon completion of the project. The client agrees to make all payments within 14 days of receiving each invoice. Work shall not begin until payment of booking fee has been received.

The Client agrees to pay all fees invoiced without deduction within 14 days from the date of invoice. If the Client is in arrears in any payment due to TFF under these Terms, the Client shall pay, in addition to the arrears, interest at the rate of 12 per cent per annum on all arrears for each day during which the default continues.

RESCHEDULING.

The client shall inform TFF in writing as soon as possible to advise of any desired changes to the schedule and the client is responsible for all costs associated with rescheduling. Schedule changes more than 5 business days in advance are free of charge, and schedule changes made between 3-5 Business days in advance are charged at one third of the value of the Production segment of the project.

If the client requests a change to the schedule less than 72 hours before the original production time, the client agrees to pay TFF an additional 50% of the production fee + any costs incurred by TFF in rescheduling.

TFF will make a good-faith effort to accomodate rescheduling requests wherever possible.

CANCELLATION.

If the client cancels the project for any reason, TFF shall be reimbursed for all reasonable out of pocket expenses incurred up to the time of cancellation, and agrees to forego the non-refundable booking of 50% of the production fee.

If, for whatever reason, the deposit has not been paid by the time of cancellation, the client agrees to pay 50% of the production fee.

If TFF cancels the project for any reason, all deposits shall be refunded. TFF will make a reasonable effort to find a replacement to complete any projects started.
